Sonja is so easy to work with. We were relocating from overseas and unable to see the homes for ourselves. She went and toured the homes with us via video call. She showed us all the nooks and crannies, the layouts, and the neighborhoods. She made a difficult transition easy. She showed us a home my husband "was certain" he wouldn't like, but she had a feeling it was what we wanted. It ended up being perfect! We were still overseas for inspection, so she was there for it all with us on the line. She negotiated repairs, prices, and even timeline so we could get to our new home easily.
